Anna Fowler, from the Lunter group at the WTCHG, speaks about how the patterns around a close-call in the desert makes her think about her work.
This is the second part of our evening of storytelling and music, where researchers from the Wellcome Trust Centre for Human Genetics, the Jenner Institute, and Cancer Research UK, came together to tell stories about their lives as scientists, with live musical accompaniment from Oxford-based folk group “James Bell and the Half Moon All Stars”.
