Rob Miller provides an example of how partnerships are currently being leveraged to drive this transition and develop innovative solutions to complex problems at both pace and scale. He highlights where universities, industry and government have the potential to come together to deliver significant positive impacts, for example through rapid demonstration and application of novel technologies as well as through repurposing existing ones, and through more effectively integrating social sciences and policy elements into the process.
