Yang Li joined Oxford in October 2010 after completing an undergraduate degree in Maths and Computer Science at McGill University in Montreal, Canada. He works on A comparative genomics approach to de novo genome assembly of next-generation sequencing.
Every year, about 65 DPhil students start a life changing experience in the Nuffield Department of Medicine in Oxford. The Department offers a highly competitive studentship for our DPhil programme to outstanding candidates of any nationality. The candidates are judged on the basis of their academic and research potential. The NDM Prize Studentship is a four year course which includes full payment of all fees and an annual stipend.

Katherine Bull

Katherine Bull completed preclinical studies at Cambridge in 1999 and graduated in Clinical Medicine in 2002 at Oxford. She works on Whole Genome Sequencing in ENU mutagenesis and Autoimmunity under the supervision of Richard Cornall.
